West End Wellness Ltd. ("we") collects your name and email address when you join our waiting list. We use these only to contact you when bookings open. Your details are handled by Basin and Google. Basin is based in the United States, so your data may be transferred there. We keep your details until bookings open or until you ask us to remove them — whichever comes first, and no longer than 24 months. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
